This will send visitor ticket emails with QR codes, calendar attachments, and event details using our professional email template.

How to Use

Required CSV Columns:

  • • name - Visitor's full name
  • • email - Email address
  • • registration_id - Unique registration ID
  • • event_id - Event identifier
  • • event_name - Event title
  • • start_date - Event start date (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • • end_date - Event end date (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • • venue_address - Event location

Optional CSV Columns:

  • • ticket_name - Name of the ticket type
  • • ticket_category - Category of the ticket
  • • whatsapp_number - WhatsApp contact
  • • notes1 - Additional notes
